    1. When using the infrared Neck Collar, it must be used through a Polo Shirt or light colored cloth. However, black clothes should be avoided.     2. It is recommended that the neckband should be used for 60-90 minutes each time, and the re-use time should be about 4 hours apart. It can be used twice a day and the effect is remarkable.
